This document establishes the basic rules and conditions of the relationship between the administration of lale.ge and the users of the website. Unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties, each purchase made on the website is governed by these rules and conditions.
By logging in to the website, registering, authorizing, or using any of the website services, the user agrees to and abides by the terms and conditions set forth in this document, as well as additional rules specified in the description of specific products.


Terms of use of the website:
Use of the Site is permitted only to those users who are not prohibited by applicable law from receiving services via the Internet. lale.ge does not seek to violate applicable laws by users and is not responsible for such cases. By using the Site, the User confirms that his actions are in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including tax requirements. If the User violates the law or uses the Service improperly, lale.ge is not responsible for his actions.


User rights and obligations:
By using the website, the user agrees that the administration may process his personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Policy.
The user must not disclose his account name and password to a third party.
If there is any suspicion that this information has been leaked or compromised, the user is obliged to immediately change the password.
The user is responsible for the security of his account, including the protection of the device from which he accesses the site. If the user suspects unauthorized access to the account or a security breach, he must immediately notify the lale.ge administration.

When registering and placing an order, the user must provide accurate and real information.
The use of another person's data is strictly prohibited. If such a case is detected, the administration has the right to suspend the execution of the order, not to deliver the product and not to refund the amount until the relevant state authorities establish the factual circumstances.

When purchasing products on installments, the relationship arises between the customer and the relevant bank or financial institution. In this case, lale.ge only acts as an intermediary and does not assume responsibility for issues related to the financial institution.



Delivery and product returns:
The customer has the right to request free delivery only in Tbilisi and Batumi.
Delivery to other cities of Georgia may include additional charges, about which the customer will receive a notification after processing the order. If the customer does not agree to the additional cost, lale.ge is obliged to return the paid amount within 24 hours.

The customer may also request that the product be assembled and delivered in its final form.
If the customer refuses to accept the product, lale.ge will take the item back and refund the amount, excluding transportation, delivery and assembly costs.



Rights of lale.ge
If the order concerns the last available unit, the company has the right to open and inspect the product to ensure its quality.
If a manufacturing defect is found, lale.ge reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the order and refund the customer the amount paid.
